Privacy policy.
The short version
We only hold what you send us.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or social tracking pixels. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the contact form and send to us on purpose.
This page explains what happens to that information. If anything here is unclear, email reelsagency.ie@gmail.com and ask.
01 · Who we are
The data controller.
reels agency is a short-form video studio based in Ireland, and is the controller of the information described on this page. That means we decide what is collected and what happens to it, and we are the people to ask about it.
For anything about your information — a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion — contact reelsagency.ie@gmail.com or +353 89 427 0669. We reply within one month, and there is no charge.
02 · What we collect
The contact form, and nothing else.
When you send an enquiry we receive the fields you filled in:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number and country code, if you choose to give them
- the service you selected
- your message
- the fact that you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted
We use it for one thing: to reply to you, and — if you want to go ahead — to prepare a quote and deliver the work. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we never sell it.
Our lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us about our work.
Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and the pages you requested. Those exist to keep the site running and secure.
03 · Who else sees it
Three services, named.
FormSubmit is based outside the European Economic Area, so an enquiry you send passes through a service in a country without an EU adequacy decision. If you would rather not use the form, email or WhatsApp us directly instead — the addresses are in the footer of every page.
Nobody else receives your information. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers and no social media pixels on this site.
04 · Cookies
There are none.
Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything — there is nothing to consent to.
Your browser stores exactly one thing on your device: a note that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay every visit. It holds the word "true" and nothing else. It contains no identifier, is never sent to us or anyone else, and cannot be used to recognise you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
There is one cookie on this site, and it only exists for us: a sign-in session for the private page where we write blog posts. Visitors never receive it.
05 · How long we keep it
Only while it is useful.
- Enquiries that do not become work: deleted within 12 months.
- Enquiries that do become work: kept for the duration of the project, then for as long as Irish tax and company law requires us to keep business records.
- FormSubmit's own copy: up to 30 days, under their retention policy.
- Server logs: kept by our host for their standard retention period.
Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
06 · Your rights
You can ask us anything.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
- have anything inaccurate corrected
- have it deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it
Email reelsagency.ie@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission, at dataprotection.ie.
07 · Changes
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated 5 August 2026.
