01 · Who you are dealing with

This site is run by us.

This site is run by reels agency, a short-form video studio based in Ireland. Contact us at reelsagency.ie@gmail.com or +353 89 427 0669.

Using this site means you accept the terms on this page. If you do not, please stop using it. How we handle your information is on the privacy policy page.

02 · Prices

Indicative until we agree.

The prices shown on this site describe our usual packages. They are an invitation to get in touch, not an offer you can accept by paying. Nothing is booked until we have agreed the scope, the price and the dates with you in writing.

Where a project needs something out of the ordinary — travel, actors, licensed music, props, paid ad spend — we will quote it before any of it is committed.

03 · The work

What we can and cannot promise.

We promise the work: the filming, the edit, the number of videos and the deadlines we agreed. We deliver them to the standard you can see across this site.

We cannot promise reach. Views, followers, likes, saves and sales depend on platform algorithms, timing, your audience and your own posting — none of which anybody controls. Any figures quoted in our case studies describe what happened for that client on that campaign. They are not a forecast for yours, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of a commercial result.

04 · Who owns what

Ours stays ours.

The text, video, photography, layout and code on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Read it, share the links, quote a paragraph with credit. Do not republish it as your own or use it to train a model without asking first.

Rights in the videos we make for a client are set out in that client's own agreement, not on this page.

If you send us material — logos, product shots, music, footage — you confirm you have the right to let us use it for the work.

05 · The Learn articles

Research, not advice.

The articles in our Learn section are our own opinion and research, based on publicly available information at the time of writing, with the date and method stated on each post. Rankings and lists are editorial judgement, not a measured or certified result.

Where we name a person or a business, we do so on the basis of public information and without any claim of endorsement in either direction. If you are named in one of our posts and something is inaccurate or out of date, email us and we will correct or remove it.

The articles are general information. They are not tailored advice for your business, and following them is at your own discretion.

06 · Other sites

We link to other websites and social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.

07 · Liability

The usual limits.

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or never go offline. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the general information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.

08 · Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. We may update this page; the date at the top shows when we last did. This version is dated 5 August 2026.
